I couldn’t name one person (from Earth) in the comics stronger than Galactus.

maybe the living tribunal or Thanos with the infinity gauntlet.

Galactus is on par with Death, Eternity, the Living Tribunal, etc. Having a mutated man be as powerful as those natural laws/entities is idk, lazy story writing.

Franklin's been put over pretty strong in the comics a few times



with Galactus becoming the herald of Franklin Richards or




Franklin just taking his place.

You know your quality assurance has gotten bad whenever it’s available on streaming and people still don’t want to watch it. I think the only MCU I’ve seen since Dr Strange 2 was Deadpool 3. It’s wild bc I used to watch every mcu movie in theatres bc you knew they’d be a banger.

I wonder what would’ve happened if after Avengers Endgame they just took a 5 year break. Then came back in 2025 with the next Avengers. I bet they’d make record profits and wouldn’t be in this mess.

I think it’s just a combination of too much content, hiring dei hires who didn’t know they’d source material to write and direct, and then trying to make backup characters or replace regular characters with women, etc, and then woke writing. Like they REALLY took defeat from the jaws of victory with this one.

same with Star Wars.

I mean.. Scarlett witch, Molecule man, Jean grey kindof(pheonix might be cheating,), sentry, dr strange, dr. doom. reed richards. legion. These are all multiversal threats.

Odinforce Thor. but thor's not from Earth technically either.

Honestly, there's tons of power creep. a bunch of "omega level mutants" probably could take him out.

obviously the stronger is dependent on the writer more than anything else, see Squirrel Girl defatting Thanos

But for Galactus, if he's written well, he's crazy strong. one of the coolest stories I know of is when he's sent to the dark dimension and fights Dormammu

Couldn't really see her face but they couldn't at least cast someone with nice tits and ass to fill out the skin suit?

So I rewatched this last night with my daughter and son. It was still enjoyable. The female silver surfer didn't bother them at all because they don't know the original version. There was also no question about "girl power" for being able to push Galactus. I'm looking forward to Doomsday.

They turned The Thing into Garfield. Dudes personality was way too low key for the character.

hard to say exactly due to power creep, and author fiat.

Classically, the Hulk by a pretty large margin.



But even this was before Infinite angry Hulk.
Hulks power creeped over the years with him getting stronger the more angry he is, with no known upper limit.
Hulk also has regeneration. It doesn't come up as often, as not much can actually hurt him in the first place.. but he heals faster then Wolverine.


but then, the Fantastic Four ALSO got power creep. As Marvels "first family", and the power cosmic, writers definitely thought the FF should to the scales.
Sue went from being able to turn invisible. to also being a genius, and able to create forcefields. top tier ones too. 100% unbreakable. able to kill the Hulk, Galaticus etc in one shot, by forming them in their heads.
Johnny went from lighting himself on fire, to burning hotter then the sun, and could accidently light the Earths atmosphere on fire. and destroy the Earth if he wanted to.
Ben. has not actually gotten consistent powerup. but once in a while, they have him preform feats that are well above his old power levels. he is basically indestructible now. probably could face tank Blackbolt, etc. and could match the Hulk most of the time in raw strength.

Reed has not gotten any afaik. only Ultimate reed with "stretchy mind".

Thing is stronger than normal hulk when he is near the other F4 members. He is equal to slightly mad hulk, but once hulk becomes in enraged his strength ramps up far beyond thing's. thing also had/has a mental issue where he wouldn't use his full strength.
hulks strength also increases as he ages. in some stories, old hulk base strength is twice his current level.
