Mcdonalds double cheeseburger is about the perfect size of a meal for me, its what I get most the time if I hit up McD, which isn't that often. That said, isnt a double cheeseburger with a patty added just a triple cheeseburger?
Why not just get two double cheeseburgers and just take the meat off of one and stick it on the other for a quadruple cheeseburger!

I'm sure we all though remember the days of double cheeseburgers being 99 cents.

You could but it would cost $1.45 more than ordering one with 4 patties. I haven't tried a quad but I wonder if it would get kind of hard to eat.

Anyone remember when In-n-Out would give you unlimited patties and people were ordering 100x100s for internet clicks on their blogs?

What's the price for just ordering another patty again, I think you would set it the other day but I don't remember. Would it still be cheaper even though they charge an arm and a leg for a slice of cheese now?

On those rare occasions that I eat there now I'll normally get a double cheeseburger and a McChicken and a medium fry. I mean back on it used to be three bucks and you just had an ice water it was pretty cheap. The best was when they used to do two Big Macs for 2.22 or something

Wendy's franchisee group went bankrupt and shutting down 300 Wendy's. 13 of which are in my area and 1 out of the 2 in my town.

This thread has taught me that McD's prices vary greatly by region but here a double cheeseburger is $4.45 and it costs $1.50 to add a patty. An extra slice of cheese is $.60.

Last two times I went to Wendys nothing had mayo on it. Was super pissed. It was after the bankruptcy announcement. Not sure if related. Not been back since.
