I don't think JPN (Well I guess Singapore too) sees a lot of Rose. We'll see how the others do before I crown the dude.

I don't really watch SF4 much but Rose seems to be pretty decent? That match against Zangief was really close but the few matches before it looked like she was cruising.

I think Rose is very good. Has reflect for shoto characters, has a great dash and throw, isn't overly reliant on EX shennanigans. Couple of her pokes and footsie are good. In the hands of a newbie she's very low tier, but obviously someone playing her in EVO top 6 she's pretty god like.

Plus we're pretty much watching character specialists that have been playing these match ups for like 6 years or whatever at this point. Even through patches you retain things.
