Yeah… even the new studio series 86 made him a tank, they really pussy out making him a gun for some reason.
“The community” just slops it up, there was slight traction with the studio series with people complaining and saying to make it like a Nintendo blaster, as the show never was detailed to show it as whatever the OG toy gun was…but so many of the rest of the people all cried and called the magas or something.
Shockwave still is “a gun” kinda…his was more ambiguous

Saw this thread and figured I would post.
So randomly my mom asks me if I still got my Legos from when I was a kid, she watches Lego building on youtube I guess, anyways I said I did, I got a bin in the storage room that has all the random Legos from the early 90s I got, its a shit mix and no instructions.
She knows I'm a star trek fan and surprised me with this for my birthday lol:
I haven't played with a Lego set for probably 30 years, this thing says 18+ and looks pretty cool. When I actually get some time and have a clear table I'll bust it open and put it together. For now it will sit.

Coming right along. i don't like the easy ones, I like lots of gears and stuff. The orange & yellow parts are transmission shifters. The part with the rubber band is for the working paddle shifters. If you look behind the dark green seats, they have a gear that lets you adjust them back and forth. Never seen that in an actual Lego model.

It's a display kit that comes with a stand. Just put it on a shelf somewhere to look cool and dust it once in a while.

Thats actually a relief to know about the stand. I have access to a 3D printer, but it would be a burden to get a stand printed.
