Hard to believe he's coming out so anti-woke but fuck it I'll throw him a couple dollars for it. Hopefully not a bait and switch.

Seeing those scenes of NZ with Howard Shore's "The Uruk-Hai" playing gives me a pretty massive nerd boner.

Hopefully they don't fuck this up, but I'm sure they will find a way. It just doesn't seem like a story that needs telling.

He is not anti woke, he just used their own justification for Moana against them in this one specific case.. as mentioned Animal Farm nonsense...bro is a libtard... he just kinda saw a little bit o light and knew diversifying LoTR is not a good idea.

Do we know anything about the story they're telling? I guess it's live action if they're using mocap.

When Gand sends Stryder to find / follow / track Gollum in the beginning times of Fellowship
This was one of the side stories that got told in the additional lore books, and wasn't directly in the Fellowship trilogy.

Long story short, after Gollum lost the ring he done saw some shit. Aragorn finds him and brings him back, and Ian McKellen magics a lot of lore and truth about the ring and hobbits out of him.
