Except for when they get caught, try again.
Except the Patriots haven't been caught doing anything illegal to the balls. The balls were below the minimums, still cannot prove the Patriots tampered with anything. Total non-story.

And he saidrarely. How many instances of disciplinary action have been taken against pitchers in the last two decades? I can only remember one.

So let's talk about how Odell is going to be the star of the Pro Bowl. God I love that kid.

Major league pitchers go out to the mound with shit all over their arms and hats, and rarely is something said or done. So no.
I really don't think this happens too often, but lets run with it. When someone sees it, something damn sure happens.

This is dumb. It's all gamesmanship. Exploit early, exploit often. Did you people learn nothing from MMOs?

Belichick cheating just makes me like him more.

The only time something is done is when it's so painfully fucking obvious that something has to be said, like the guy from the Yankees last season. His point about MLB is actually correct.
He is right that it rarely gets caught, it doesn't change the fact that doing it is cheating and getting caught merits punishment. Deal with it.

It's only considered cheating and a big deal in MLB when it's painfully fucking obvious that something has to be said. I even gave you an example. It's not uncommon at all for shit to be pointed out after the fact in MLB and nothing at all happens, because everyone does it and it's not considered a big deal. When shit does happen, it's because of stuff like the guy last year.

He said "rarely is something said or done", not "rarely do they get caught." Stop making shit up. You were wrong.

As a Colt's fan, I honestly just want the ball gate thing to fucking stop. Just fine Belichek, drop a 2nd or 3rd round pick from them, and keep a watchful eye on them. Real human beings aren't clamoring for "COLTS TO GO TO THE SUPERBOWL" or whatever retard shit is out there. We're not as butthurt as homer patriots fans think we are. We know we lost, but we also know your team dun goof'd and should pay for it.

The only 2 definitive things we know about are deflated balls (which has apparently been reported to the league numerous times) and spygate. But people in the know have been saying BB pushes the rules every way he possibly can without giving any more specifics. Hell, even pats fans don't deny he is a serial cheater, they just lay on excuses like "everybody does it" or "it's not like it helped much".
Ok so you went from

I care more about the constant cheating going on up there patriot-land.
To "They played with a deflated ball and also spygate".

What's the cliff notes on spygate?

Pats were filming a teams defensive hand signals from the sidelines. Before the season the league issued a statement to all teams saying "stop filming teams signals from the sidelines" (it was rampant across the league), Pats said fuck it everyones going to keep doing it so we will, fast forward to week 1, the new head coach of the Jets, who was a former patriots assitant coach called the Pats on it.

Pats got fined and lost a draft pick, learned to film the hand signals from the designated stadium boxes for filming.

Eventually the league got fed up with that and allowed defensive players to have communication via the sidelines just like quarterbacks.

They videotaped the Jets defensive signals from an on-field location during a game. The rule violation was where they videotaped from on the field. It was legal a year earlier and that season with the new rule the NFL sent out a memo to all teams telling them of the rule change and to stop.

It's also highly likely they videotaped the Rams practices before the Super Bowl and Goodell destroyed the evidence to cover it up so there wouldn't be questions about its legitimacy. Don't leave that part out.

That parts being left out because there is zero evidence of that ever happening, other than one guy saying it happened, the Boston Herald publishing his story without investigating the claim, and then having to retract that story and offer a public apology after both the NFL and NE threatened to sue.

I don't know where this "highly likely" part is coming from.

It comes from him hating the Patriots. Explaining that to him would be like explaining to Merlin that Obama isn't a socialist. His mind is made up, the only explanation is cheating. And if nothing comes of this, the only explanation will be collusion between Kraft and Goodell, and a cover-up.

No, people legitimately don't know what happened, it was almost 10 years ago and they just regurgitate ignorance they've been spoon fed.

Sanctions? Brah you're swimming in the deep end, are they going to ban them from post season play? Not allow them to trade with Russia? What the fuck are you talking about.

They just need to strip the Pats of their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round picks.

We'll never know, will we? Because Kraft's buddy destroyed the evidence for some arbitrary fucking reason. But you're right, Belichek wouldn't stoop to that shit, he's a man of honor, right?
