The funny thing is Achilles was portrayed as way more unstoppable and strong in the actual book than he was in the movie Troy, and Ellen Page couldn't come close to what Brad Pitt even did in Troy. Achilles is supposed to be wielding a spear that takes 3 men to even carry, that he uses in battle like it's a toy. Just him rejoining the battle completely turns the tide for the Greeks who were getting worked without him.

There should never be a sword as his neck under any circumstances. I assume Achilles gets in touch with his feelings or something in this version.

Supposedly EP is playing a different character, not Achilles:

Elliot Page plays Sinon in Christopher Nolan's upcoming film The Odyssey. Sinon is Odysseus’s cousin and a Greek soldier in the Trojan War who is instrumental in the fall of Troy by TRICKING the Trojans into bringing the giant wooden horse inside their city.

As long as that character is supposed to be kind of a pussy, if clever, that seems ... better, if not good. Your movie should have zero trannies in it.

That's the way I remember it; I haven't read it since college. I am such a huge Nolan fan. I was even a Tenet defender (my theater had good sound) but this is one, erm, journey he will probably have to go on without me. Obviously will wait for the reviews, I don't get out much these days.

It's not that difficult to find a black actress that looks better than Lupita Nyong'o, so the bar isn't that high. Pretty much every one on this list: IMDB Black under 30. Not that any of them should be in this movie.

I thought somebody posted her top surgery, ribeye nipple earlier in this thread or somewhere else. That's probably the best example of how she looks now, disfigured and mutated.
