Why is it "rightfully" deemed illegitimate, when it was in the Dead Sea Scrolls, the oldest known biblical texts ? Also referenced in parts of the bible.

Don't forget that it has also been preserved in its entirety by the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.
