Matt's Meatloaf
1 lb 93/7 ground red
1 roll (thawed) original Jimmy Dean sausage
3/4 cup bread crumbs (heaping)
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
3/4 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup finely diced shallot
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix in a large bowl until well combined.
Spread some Heinz 57 on top or some of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Bake in an ungreased meatloaf pan @ 350 until 160F or approx. 1 hour.
Eat it.
