Ok, I'm happy about this. Way more so to see this than Tranny Link. I'm also hoping that this is a bridge to eventually getting a Super Mario Galaxy 3. Those 2 games were by far my favorite Mario experiences.

That tranny rumor for Zelda was just that. They cast an actual young man as Link and an actual young woman as Zelda. But with Ganondorf often depicted as a huge dark-skinned man with weird bright red hair, we might still be getting some DEI who knows! Not overly worried about it though, Nintendo hasn't really been doing any woke shit in its flagship stuff.

Thanks for the update. I haven't read into it at all since that first article calling Zelda a trans woman.

Now to change subjects back to the thread, I can't believe this movie is scheduled for release in only 7 months. Specifically, 202 days. It's impressive they haven't had a single leak prior to the announcement.

It looks awesome, can't wait to see it. Also seeing some SMB2 love with the Clawgrip and Mouser cameos in the scene where Peach uses her umbrella to deflect Birdo's eggs. I wonder if we'll also see other bosses like Triclyde, Fryguy or Wart. SMB2 doesn't get enough love.

2 was a lot different than 1 or 3. It makes it unique. I enjoyed playing it at the time.

I have my ticket for myself and my kids for Tuesday the 7th.
It's "cheap day" at the theaters. 3 tickets for their giant screen (called Titan) cost me all of $32. Normally, it would be close to $65 for the same tickets.
