'Creatard' - My post-workout has creatine in it even though my biochemistry/pharmacology background tells me that the chances of my body processing it are extremely unlikely in the amounts that's advertised. Does this make me a 'creatard' (as my professors would argue) or can I enjoy a post-workout as part of my ritual just because it works (for multiple reasons)?

1. You're doing it wrong if you're taking creatine post work out. Holy shit that's just completely missing the point.

2. There is no evidence that creatine supplementation actually improves muscle longevity during your workout.

If you're not lactose intolerant, the best thing you can do post work out is just drink a big ass glass of chocolate milk.

Supplementing protein powder is a waste. You piss the vast majority of that out because your body can't process it.

The amount of protein in chocolate milk your body will mostly process.

As much as you complain about reading comprehension, you should look in the mirror some time.

Why the fuck did you have your 2015 troll of the year title removed Tanoomba?

I have read none of the previous 10 pages

I read your post. Nowhere does it indicate that you actually understand how or what creatine is claimed to do. The fact that you are taking it post work out, and that you stated

even though my biochemistry/pharmacology background tells me that the chances of my body processing it are extremely unlikely in the amounts that's advertised.
Indicates that you're either so stupid that you're mistaking creatine for protein powder, or you are so stupid you literally think creatine is supposed to be "processed" by your "body" in such a way that it could benefit you post work out.

For the record, to correct your infinite stupidity on this subject, creatine is used in creation of ATP in exhausted muscle cells which have shifted to anaerobic respiration as a result of being stressed.

Taking creatine AFTER your work out, therefore, would haveno impact whatsoeverexcept to make you fatter because its a carbohydrate, you fucking retard.

You preload creatine BEFORE your work out, so that it is available for your muscle cells to fall back on when they are exhausted during your work out.

Taking it afterwards defeats the purpose.

That's not "hard evidence", youcolossal retard. That is, literally and explicitly,FEELS. FEELS which are influenced by personal world views, by personal bias, by personal ideology, and by personal need to push specific narratives. Actual "hard evidence" requires no personal interpretation, as I have pointed out several times now.
Hodj is right, you really are just like creationists. "You can't prove this in the absolute, thus it's all feels!"

Just getting this thread out of by que, but wanted to say that--have a great day!

Lithose confirmed doesn't understand what "hard evidence" is.

Your logical fallacy is still appeal to perfection.

Hard evidence is defined as evidence which is accepted by a court of law.

You know, the kind of evidence Emma failed to provide to justify her claims, ergo the reason why she's a liar.
