I don't give a fuck about DelicateFlower. His posts are terrible. He is absolutely guilty of everything you accuse him of. I'm just pointing out what a fantastic hypocrite you are, accusing someone of tribal mentality when you're as tribal as they come. Sure, you found a flowery way to say "It's totally different when I do it!" but that's just the rationalization garbage you're famous for. You're allowed to make generalizations about nebulously-defined groups in order to suit your narrative, others are not.

Uhh, the post was directed at that guy, so he's relevant to the conversation, no? And yes, there are multiple components of tribalism. Generalization is one of them; it also matters how you act on it. Since you like metaphors, it is like drunk driving Tan--you did need to drink AND drive to do it, but you CAN do both separately without driving drunk. You took one aspect of tribalism, my generalization statements, and then tried to make that the same as the full aspect of what being tribal (Politically) is--which means using affiliation to dictate your reactions, it does not mean using affiliation to explain or talk about someone.
Delicate used his perception of our affiliations to dictate his reactions to us, while speaking directly to us--his stereotypes literally affected how he treated our ideas and persons. THAT is tribalism. Talking about a group? Is not doing that--that is typical human fucking categorization, it is how humans understand our world, it's why we classify things.
Come on Tan, it's not even worth getting worked up over....step up your troll game, this is just...sad. I'm only explaining this to you right now because I feel bad for you. =-/...tell me you don't argue with others like this.

You know, you can be more efficient with your posts if you:
a) Stop blathering on about irrelevant shit (what part of "I don't give a shit about DelicateFlower" don't you understand?).
b) Clip out the last few sentences of your post, which are ALWAYS the same. "Blah blah moon landing blah blah trolling...." Yeah, I get it, Lith, you're a dishonest ass. You don't have to work that into EVERY post you address to me. The point has been made. Repeating it AGAIN and AGAIN is pretty much what a troll would do.
