Why the fuck would she have pictures? It wasn't until 8 months later that she even decided to bring it to the University's attention.
She claimed hit hit her and choked her. Where do you get that she was dazed? How do you know how hard she was hit/choked? How do you know shedidn'thave marks or bruises for a few days? How do you know how noticeable those would be, how long they would be visible, whether or not people would just assume she had a hickey, whether or not she covered them up, or whether there would be visible bruising at all? You're making big assumptions here, Jhodi.
