They're just under the very mistaken assumption that if they make me miserable enough, I will leave.

- I honestly think the community and I have a mutually beneficial arrangement. I love being the voice of reason in an otherwise uninterrupted circle jerk, and they love having a "bad guy" they can shit on. I don't take any of the flak I get personally. I literally can't, since none of the ridicule I'm subjected to is based on reality in any way.

I don't have to "walk away knowing I have won". There are many victories yet to be achieved and much, much more hypocrisy waiting to be exposed. In the end, the only reason I became a bad guy was for expressing an unpopular point of view. In a perfect world, people would be able to handle that with maturity and civility. Barring that, I'm still having fun.

As has been stated many times by myself and others, you aren't convincing anyone and have done a "good job" of alienating people away from your point of view. Try talking and discussing things with people rather than lecturing them from on high from your moral pedestal of certainty. One of the main reasons your obnoxious cuntery is so tedious is how it radicalizes the conversation. Quaid, myself, others are willing to argue the other side on many issues, but then your cunt ass comes in and takes an extreme view that turns the conversation into a shitshow.


Also, just to correct, you aren't "standing up" to anyone by sticking around, you are sticking around because we allow you to stick around. Many people want you banned and the moderators have decided to keep you around as we don't want to set a precedent on banning obnoxious cunts.

I've never alienated anyone away from my point of view. My points of view have been erroneously interpreted as being on the "them" side and therefore were dismissed outright. There's a big, big difference.

I have only ever been interested in talking and discussing. I don't lecture and I don't have a moral pedestal of certainty (for the billionth time, these accusations mean nothing when, objectively and factually, I have admitted I was wrong more than anybody who has ever argued with me). I have also never, never "radicalized" any conversation. In fact, it's YOU GUYS who turn everything into a black or white, us vs them, with us or against us false dichotomy. Nine times out of ten my point of view is actually a reaction to the radicalization I am seeing, which I attempt to counter by pointing out that things are not so clear-cut, that there is actually nuance and context being ignored in order to push inaccurate narratives. I'm literally reacting to extreme views with moderate ones, so you've got things backwards.

Yes, I understand why I haven't been banned. Was my appreciation not clear enough in the very post you quoted?

Then I have no idea what you're talking about since I've never been disingenuous and I'm only a shitposter if you count "expressing an unpopular point of view" as shitposting (compared to, you know, the numerous actual shitposts that inevitably follow my posts).

I really love how people like to tell me how horrible my posts are while never once acknowledging how exponentially worse the ones that respond to me are. Double standard much?
