I've been to one Finnish Rally long time ago. It was fucking wild. And also it's totally a Finnish thing. They've gone to the rally sometimes for decades and since the special stages don't change much over the years, they know all the good spots where crashes happen. Just like people watch Nascar for crashes, these guys go there to see crashes and help out. When cars are released on to the stage, the gap between them is 2 min, I think. For amateurs anyway, so the crashes have to be cleared out pretty quick, otherwise most stages would get neutralized or cancelled.
