I bought weed and speed around the corner of Ocean Blvd. Shit gets fucking bonkers with all them black people. Been there many, many times. Spring Break, WMC, Ultra, and some other massive black/hiphop music festival occur basically all at the same time. I've never seen so many massively segregated groups of people in my life.
Thousands of white teenagers going to Ultra, all these underage girls in pasties with their asses hanging out. Neon green and pink fishnet as far as the eye can see. Extreme risk of jailbait. Below pic is EDC Vegas, but you get the idea.
Thousands of blacks on the beach, NONE OF THEM IN THE WATER. I've got a bunch of pictures because it was hilarious, but I'll have to dig back through a couple years. I was a speck of salt in a massive tar patch. More ass and titties hanging out everywhere. Topless is generally accepted on the beach. Cops will harass you if you've got your titties out on Ocean Blvd street. Speaking of cops, there's one at every access point to the beach itself (pathways through the dunes). They give zero fucks about weed. They will harass you about firearms and fucking glass bottles. They're also racist as fuck. They bag checked every black dude before me with a backpack, and let me walk right on by, also wearing a backpack. White privilege.
I only ever encountered Hispanic/Latino crowds in clubs after dark. Cuban men are huge fucking assholes. I've seen them try to con bartenders, flat lie to their face, drop drugs in glasses, snort cocaine out in the open, and end up grinding on fucking dudes because every girl turned them down. It can get so packed in certain clubs, I've seen girls literally getting fucked. Old Cuban taxi/Uber drivers are fucking awesome however, generally really nice dudes. Ask them where you should go.
High class pussy can be had for about $1000 at E11even. If you're into that sort of thing. They call it a nightclub, but it's really a high end strip club / brothel. Often have porn stars come in and dance. $1000+ table service. I stopped at a $200 lapdance.

Well, yeah. I go because they have boat parties on large, classy yachts that cruise Biscayne Bay during sunset, which are cost limiting to the dregs. The rest is just like having an experience going to the human zoo. That and it reinforces my own racism.
