I rarely watch a video over 5 minutes long but watched the whole thing. I realized that I would not have any idea how to install old Windows now , nor set up for dial up / internet and I used to be the 'guy' that did that for everyone. The guy saying a 3dfx board is $1K now is retarded.
I also used to keep my mom's old PC (that I replaced with a newer one) with Win 98 on it to play Fallout 2 , and only Fallout 2. Crazy to think where we are now vs back then.

It's been so long since I used DOS I wonder if I could remember all the commands? Yeah, he's way off on that $1k figure. Maybe if it was one of 3dfx's rarer later cards.
Man, Fallout 2 was actually the first game I ordered online.

A lot of those are on GOG.com and run via DosBox emulator. I had a book MS-DOS6.2 (?) that I taught myself the commands with.

I still remember running tweaked out boot floppies with exotic config.sys files and himem to make some games run back in the day when we'd all haul towers to a buddy's house on Friday night for weekend lan parties. Oh yeah, and full CRT monitors as this was pre-LCD. Half the place playing doom and half playing warcraft at any given moment...

Will admit Gog and DosBox are giving me some great nostalgia memberberry hits....

Yeah my 21" Trinitron CRT weighed about the same as my work truck.

So all my stuff was reading books/mags and figuring it out. I remember sitting in a construction meeting and realizing why , despite my best efforts , the damn PC always booted into Windows. The going into the file and putting ; in front of /win.

I do not understand why some motorcycle people hug the center line.

unrelated -

For a number of reasons.

1. It grants the ability to see curves and bends better
2. It prevents cars from squeezing into your lane
3. The center of the road is where oil and fluids and other debris accumulate
4. Other vehicles can see you better
5. Easier to create an escape route
6. If riding with multiple people the safest and best way to ride is in a staggered formation Left -> Right and behind. As seen in the video.

Same goes for being at a stop light. Never be directly behind the vehicle in front of you, if a vehicle behind you isn't paying attention you get sandwiched. Always be to the right or left. For reasons 2, 3 and 5.
