Started rewatching this again. Watching season one, noticing some things I’ve missed in the past.
Herc and Carver find the basketball game, Daniels wants to ride out and follow Avon.
McNulty doesn’t go. He says there’s no reason to go, because they only get Avon off the wire.
The thing I noticed: McNulty says “we get him off his voice alone or not at all.” He’s off screen for this, Pres is on screen listening to Jimmy talk. Jimmys voices is distinct and clear, but also a bit exaggerated,. Made the point very clear.
I know there was a post on this forum or the previous version about the way Bpdie gets got. The way Chris and snoop moved like pieces on the chess board. Will revisit when I get there .
