I can fix the avatar thing so he can't change it. However, he's technically within the rules of the contest: he wore the avatar for a month. There's nothing there about having to be an active poster after winning.
Plus, that's likely his game: "Oh you guys want me back posting?? Well how about themapplespotatoes!"

No, actually we don't want him back. We are hoping he will refuse to post as long as it's active. That's why we want the avatar permanently changed (or at least until he shows this theory is wrong).
