It uses an interesting flood mechanic. Where you manage the river and dam or release. Store for the dry times. And then coupled with that is the banished style overhead colony sim

Games enjoyable. If you're getting it for as low as 5 or 10 bucks, then its a no brainer.

It's good though once you got it cracked it's easy. Though I've only played one of two of the Beaver breeds. I've also only played on normal do l difficulty. And only two map types. And I haven't tried the update.

Fuck... Time to get back in there.
