Got to love Ubisoft screwing up the launch by making the servers live
If you found a game store that broke the street date you can play right now with a physical copy because the servers are up a full 24 hours before anyone else can get on.

Maybe due to review codes? Letting reviewers get a head start before said launch problems?
They talked about this on the show Dropped Frames last week on twitch (Itmejp, cohh and ezikiel). They looked over the street date launch compared to some internal things they had gotten info about as streamers regarding servers going up, and the dates didn't match. They thought it might have something to do with review copies, but couldn't be sure, nor could they find confirmed information that the servers were indeed going live a day before. They also wondered because it is a big difference between being allowed to test the game to write a review for launch compared to streaming.

It's not , I have no idea how they are able to stream given most of Twitchs strict policies.
They bought a hard copy from a Store that broke the street date, and are playing it that way.
Twitch normaly lets people from other countries play the game at their release time ,but America usually has to wait till it's launched there.
It's really up to the Devs tho, if they don't complain it's not an issue.

Streamhouse is sponsored by Ubisoft. He should also have the tagline as well. Which the FCC may not like considering the new rules. He just got done playing hardly anything but Farcry Primal and saying how awesome it was for the last 2 weeks.

I looked at their channel again. !team Origin. !team NVIDIA. Is the only thing that hints at a sponsorship in the title, and you need to hover over it to see it. They have a link to G2A to buy it, which most streamers seem to have deals with. When asked where they got the game, he just kept saying "we have boxed copy", never that he was sponsored by Ubisoft and probably got it directly from them.
If they kept up hype for Farcry Primal for two weeks, they should be considered as nothing but advertisers at this point. Certainly not going for the good games.

So no, it's not an error from Ubi, and they were fully expecting people starting to play with physical copies.

I said I was on the fence because I never played with anyone else and was worried about the content and lack of information from Ubisoft. 26 missions with DZ's and side events and such seems decent enough. Taking a $32 gamble that playing with people from here on PS4 will make the game more fun. Plus, the tears that could be brought to the pubbies in a DZ is a little too hard to pass up. I liked the base building and the social friends aspect on the maps.
But yeah either way, streamers should have to notify their viewers they are being paid to stream a game. And it is happening a lot now. Which is why I am sure people are viewing lower end populated streamers because they will be more legit.

also the first two DLCs have a 30 day exclusivity period on xbox one. pretty lame, glad I didn't buy the season pass/gold yet

Lame but Sony has that CoD exclusivity and Destiny, so there is that. I still feel its game that we cant have true console wars. Meaning i think it would be awesome if xb1 and ps4 could fight across system environments in games like CoD and TD etc.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Ubisoft was in negotiations with Microsoft and Sony with respect to the "exclusivity" up until nearly the last minute, hence the 11th hour announcement of a one-month exclusivity. Pretty much everyone has already made up their minds what platform they and theirs are going to use so I doubt this really effects things.
Two of my oldest friends who are Xbox only so, as with Destiny, I will likely have to get both freaking versions lest I alienate folks. Unlike Destiny, however, I am gonna go with PS4 as my 'main' platform based on the playtimes of various parties. Naturally having done this the Xboners will end up aligning more with my schedule.
