I think the issue is that Twitch says no sexual content on the platform is allowed yet the hot tub streams clearly are. Twitch just needs to come out and say sexual content is okay. According to Twitch is current stance on the issue a 13 year old child could do a hot tub stream.

The argument is that interacting with the thot adds another layer to everything.
