Isn't it on the kid and/or parent at that point who is making an account labeled 18+ years old as someone who is under the age of 18? Let's not forget, googling titties is a thing. Also, iirc, you can get your account banned for simply saying "i'm 12"

I vaguely remember there being an outcry about how titty streamers were front-paged.. and they effectively removed that and any other 18+ content from being the first thing you see when going to the Twitch website. I'm sure adjustments are needed to some extent, but have you really ever gone to the "Art" category for any ounce of regular viewership since this point? and all the hot tub sleuths are now locked in their little categories.

Regardless of it all, I don't think Twitch cares when its bottom line is viewership and that average demographic is in their 20's. Little timmy and jimmy just don't pay the bills, they're too busy dropping wads of papa's cash on gacha games and roblox.
