Isn't player voting only like 10%? The vote is all media outlets and that's how Astrobot got the nod on the Sony anniversary year. It's nice he found a game that he likes but that studio doesn't require any kiss-assing compared to the French.

He just wants his favorite have to win. Nothing wrong with that. He's also saying as a "multiplayer gamer". He kind of has a point. But as far as MP goes I'd give it to Marvel Rivals.

He never even played Expedition 33. Just because he prefers multiplayer doesn't mean extraction shooter #12937 should win just for that reason. More likely, it's because that is the game he is on and wants more possible viewership if the game wins. I have at least heard of and tried Marvel Rivals. Game wasn't for me, but it is at least popular and seemed pretty polished when I played.

I agree Expedition 33 will probably get GOTY

Multiplayer is a toss up. Rivals fell off a lot. I think if Arc Raiders maintains momentum through the end of the year, it could snag it

Independent/small developer category will be tough. Schedule One and Mega Bonk would probably be favorites

The the expedition 33 takes I'll say this. I haven't even played it but from everything I've seen I think it should get GOTY. My personal pick would be Hades 2 however.

Played both, i think Expedition 33 will win it though (Should win best Score and Music as well). Arc and 33 have been a blast to play through and has helped carry this year with some great games. Enjoyed Blue Prince as well, it probably won't win anything though.

The legal mindset channel on YT is kinda good for insight on this. He said that this defamation suit was likely to happen but also that Mizkif may have scored an own goal by showcasing the alleged neglect of the rabbits. Since it took place in his house and he demonstrably knew about it (because he talked about it on a public stream), that might make him criminally liable for failing to provide care.

I dont know if it's a "thing" but for people whose lives are perpetually online and everything they do say can and will be used against them, it just goes to show you how stupid they are for saying anything in a video related to something like this.
