The actor who played Kratos in the game is in his 60s, and his body is breaking/creaking even when doing the live-motion capture. no chance he can do live action.

also they'll probably make Thor, more Thor-MCU like - handsome jacked

I wasn't suggesting they use Kratos' voice/mocap actor for Kratos.

Also, if they're going the jacked Thor route, pretty sure Ryan Hurst is already in shape (that'd probably be a pretty strong requirement to be Kratos after all). Thor's body wasn't modeled after Hurst.
