Yeah, I was gonna say, even when the contest is over let's keep this thread going. I have a few old things on old systems that I still have to finish.


Done with Code Vein, that's my second backlogged game for the challenge. 45 hours, level 135, pretty far along with the plat so I'm certain I'll revisit it when time permits. I don't revisit too many games so I guess I liked this one a lot. NEXT

I was thinking every month or so we can just just rotate a gift. Getting everyone motivated to clear their backlog is a good thing. I’m playing plague age of innocence and it’s pretty good so far.

Yeah, this, totally concur.

Just knocked off Terminator Resistance Enhanced Edition:





For whatever reason it glitched and a couple of trophies didn't pop, luckily the last one worked fine. It's a super easy game to plat but I'll have to play it again to redo those few that didn't work if I want said plat. PS5 version is also way better than the PS4 version, especially the lighting effects.

Man, Cuphead has been sitting here 70% done for several years. Dare I try to finish the game? There's a reason it's been sitting there for so long. If I try to pick it up and get through the rest, there's a good chance it'll stomp me.

Other things I could pick up that are unfinished: Breath of Fire 4, RE0/1/2, EDF4.1, Lego Star Wars Ep 7, Gravity Rush 2, the Dishonored duogy, Guardians of the Galaxy, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War 2018, Bloodstained ROTN and COTM, Amalur Re-Reckoning, and Doom 64 Remastered. Dunno where to even start

Meh of a game. Started off great and went straight to shit. A lot in common with the movie Sunshine.

Clearing that backlog feels nice.

Put the completionist stuff to the side for now. Just beat those games. Mop up achievements if you care later.

Oh no I’m just viewing this thread more as a therpaupetic to knock out games but you are right. I’ve removed the 3 gamepass games since they weren’t backlog and they were little shitter games.



I did just finish Vanishing of Ethan Carter and that was a great game. It was short but a backlog game I wanted to complete for a few years.

Finished EDF 4.1 for the PS4. No trophy for beating the game, but you can see I've got the medal for beating the final level.

This took FOREVER. I got it a few months ago because I like OG scary movies with alien invasions and giant insects and whatnot, and this game/series is an homage to that. However there were so many levels that I had to do it in short bursts over the last couple weeks to get it done.
