It seemed to be mentioned enough that it was very common knowledge on the board. Not just her but EP was active again and posting about it. I seem to remember posters offering congratulations and asking about dates and making jokes about what the wedding and reception would be like. Not surewhy, since you're right that it was short lived and didn't really go anywhere. That makes it even stranger to me though, what was the point?

One of those times that sucks to have lost FoH. We can't go back and look at exactly what was said and how.

Why do you whiny nancies even need a PM to begin with? How likely is it that Lori would have moved all the way back to KY and into that shitshow, which sure as hell isn't where EP is at, if the two of them were really going to get married? And even if she had anyways, if the EP deal was even remotely serious, she probably would have packed her shit back up and moved in with him instead of starting this thread in the first place and complaining about having no place to go.

Honestly I have a hard time believing that it's even a question. My impression was that it was just a tongue in cheek joke on Ravv and EPs part that was never intended to go long term to begin with, but due to RL bullshit neither has had the time to sit down with all the old ladies on the forum, take their hands and say"Sorry boo, it was all just a joke, and we're sorry but RL has been kicking our ass".

As far as this thread specifically goes, it's up to Lori to decide if there should be an update or not, and frankly I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there isn't. My take on this thread was that it was more of a way for her to vent steam and rant about some of her RL bullshit, as opposed to asking for help or looking for pity. Best any of us can do is PM her or try catching her on IRC, but every time I've seen her pop on, she's turned right around and logged back off. If anything, her connection is probably worse than mine is atm (she's mentioned that before) and that is probably part of it.


If anyone really has questions that they want answered, PMing Ravv is probably the best option that anyone has.
