Severe weather warning. The notice says between mile marke X and Y on a highway. I am in the warning area but I really had no idea what the mile markers were on the highway. I'm not even sure whey they start. The highway runs across the entire state. I know the interstate starts at the state line. Not sure what that was about. Normally the warnings say NW part of the county or around soandso community.
Yeah. I don't have an actual exit here. Highway here just means two lane 75mph speed limit is all. I live on a one lane road that turns into dirt after my house and it "enters" the highway. Guess I'll look what is down the highway if alerts keep doing that.in most states, highway exit numbers are named after the closest mile marker with low numbers starting in the southern or western part of the state.
