I was much worse before this. I can't copy the graph from the app but during COVID I went up to 12
You have got to just feel so much better and more energetic. Can’t imagine. Great work man.

It's kinda weird because with diabetes I've never really felt like shit. Though I can say I feel a lot better in general now lol

On my second week of cutting calories by one third. I’m tired every day and nap pretty often.

I didn't think it would be, but its kicking my butt right now. I'm thinking I'll adapt eventually.
Depending on how much you were eating before and what your BMR is, it might be too much.

Weigh yourself every day and take the 5 day moving average, and if you’re seeing more than 2 pounds a week drop, you need to eat a little more If you want to maintain normal activity levels. 2 pounds a week is sustainable, more than that gets sketchy.

I wasn't aiming for that much lost per week. I went from roughly 3,200 calories per day to 2,200 per day. I'll be keeping an eye on things. If its too much and I can't even exercise, I'll add a few hundred back in.

I’m a lot lighter than you and my BMR is ~2500/day just sitting on the couch and not doing anything. I assume you’re not sitting on the couch doing nothing. I’d probably aim for ~2500-ish to start assuming you’re about 500-700 calories a day active (and your BMR is probably higher since you’re bigger).

If you’re feeling noticeably tired and taking naps it’s probably too much, I just feel hungry when cutting, not particularly tired.

I've settled around 182 now. I may lose a little more but I'm not pushing it. This feels about where my body should naturally be sitting. Still a little bit of body fat left but not really that much that I want to do much more. Just lifting now and trying to eat more protein.

Lost over 50 pounds and I just feel like a completely different person.

Great job man, I know I’ve said it but that is a real achievement and something hard to do.

That’s an amazing transformation. 180s is a great range to be in.
