Not for now, he wanted to see what happens on straight T instead of the enclino, shortened follow up date in 5 weeks.

So far ass hurt way less than thigh, but hard to hold floppy needle still and still reach plunger
Glute is definitely the way to go.

What if you have no ass. Mine literally melted off on glp-1

Get suspenders. Being skinny with no ass is a problem, but being fat with no ass is even worse. You can get the kind that go under your shirt if you want to wear untucked shirts or you don't want people to see them. It's life changing after spending years with either your jeans or your belt being so tight that you're in pain all day and people are still seeing your ass crack constantly. Yes it means you're getting old, but honestly, you're not fooling anyone about that anyway and we're all tired of looking at your butt crack.

When my belt started losing its functionality, I started doing squats. Only revert to suspenders once your knees are too shot to even do squats. It feels kinda dumb trying to make your ass bigger through exercise, but it works.

I was talking about injecting in my ass hahaha. Thank you though.

I use GrooveBelts and I thought they were a gimmick but they're incredible. My journey..

Start at the 6:00 mark...this method is quite effective for pain free injections in the thigh. Also, scale your dose to an every other day equivalent (I take 0.14mL every other day vs 0.5mL weekly) to limit aromatization into estradiol. The mechanism is by keeping doses smaller but more frequent you avoid big spikes in test which encourages your body to convert it to estrogen. Since the half-life is approximately a week doing daily doses doesn't really change the curve much but there is a noticeable smoothing coming from 1-2 times a week down to every other day. You should use properly graduated syringes to measure accurately...I use 29g insulin needles for that.

Edit: Two things to note. It is tricky to keep track of injection days using every other day, so I'd recommend adding a calendar reminder on your phone. It isn't the end of the world if you miss (since the individual doses are small) just inject the next day asap and get back on the original schedule. Also, using a 29g needle you have to be patient on the draw. Just put some negative pressure in the syringe and wait for it to slowly fill.

Can’t argue the science in this, but it’s just too annoying to do it that often. Twice weekly is already tough sometimes due to schedule and things going on.

This brings up a really good point for not just weight loss but any major changes you want to make. Compliance.

Understanding an optimal path is all well-and-good, but if it is too painful you find ways to drop it. Better to find changes to you can adhere to and then if you still have a large gap to close, continue chipping away at that over time (it gets easier).

Sometimes (injecting every other day is too much for many people), the juice ain't worth the squeeze.

They give them to me preloaded for 2x a week. He felt more than that was heavily diminishing returns but in my case might make some sense. Ass cheek last night was painless again. But I'll give that version of the thigh another try as I don't like trying to do it in the mirror.
