Pretty awesome watching these two blowing up in real time. Reminds me a lot of the first time I heard Mr. Bungle, Primus, and bands like Battles and just couldn't get my head around it, but was changed afterwards. Great stuff.

Someone mentioned Takashi 69 earlier. Thinking about him, I couldn't remember any of his songs, even though I knew who it was. So I went down a rabbit hole, and this is the ONLY song I vaguely remember.

gummo was a really big song when it came out and he had the support of east side gangs to pump his street cred up.

that all came crashing down because he became a snitch by cooperating with federal authorities in 2019 to reduce a potential 47-year prison sentence
