Wasn't that part of the WW2 treaty?

I was distracted, I was thinking purely from the context of how you would exaggerate a tracer's effects. Yes, it's probably done all in post.

God damn it, my next door neighbor just informed me that he listed his house on Friday and already sold it. Cash sale, a couple from California, both Hispanic and in their late 60's. He said he thought they were married but he saw on the paperwork they both have different last names. Why do I immediately have a bad feeling about this? /sigh

In Spanish speaking countries it's very common for women keep their own surnames after marriage.

Preemptively report them, just in case.

The annoying thing is that I just went a visited a friend in Colorado Springs, and we're in his house visiting for like an hour and his wife goes "Uhhhh do you guys mind going outside to meet our neighbors?". We were confused and she explains "Our neighborhood group chat is going off about who's car is in our driveway and I told them it was our friends from AZ, and now they want to meet you guys."

Turns out, everyone in their neighborhood is like 25-50 and they all hang out, have bbqs, and have basically just become one big friend group. We go outside and sure enough, there are like 6 people in the street with beers. We meet everyone and their all cool, someone suggests we go hang out in their garage converted to bar. More people show up randomly, and we end up hanging out until 2am. It was super fucking cool.

Then we come home, where all of our neighbors are about 100 years old, and find out were getting two more olds that might have cultural differences to boot. I'm also just starting a massive backyard renovation that is going to end up with a 22ftx14ft tiki bar, fire pit, big ass pong with waterfalls.... and while I have 0 concerns about my current neighbors - this adds in a new unknown. Maybe they hate the sound of running water and start reporting shit to city, I don't know, just a "Fuck, why couldn't it be a younger couple" kind of thing.

Fucking CFO.

Recently got a new CFO where I work and the guy has an autistic blinding obsession with overtime. The guy genuinely thinks ot is going to be the ruin of this company.

He's personally stopped me and mentioned it to me pointing out I'm going to rack up overtime. Not that I'm going to have an hour or two+ at the end of the week. We're talking about 5-10 minutes that I rack up maybe every other pay check.

He is so focused on this issue of employees soaking the company for 5 minutes of ot that he prints out a report every morning for their directors meeting. I did the math and this motherfucker spends more money each week printing this report than I've ever gotten paid in ot in any particular week going back at least to the begging of the year.

The absolutely retarded part is due to the nature of the business it pays a notable amount of legitimate overtime due to certain positions being understaffed and employees having to legitimately work past their normal hours. It's like he can't accept that fact and so focused his autism on people like me.

And the guy is not letting this go. Literal months now he's been sperging out about minutes of overtime.

I have the same issue. I am short 2 technicians, one engineer, and 2 project managers. My RVP is still harping on OT. He says "use a sub to do the work." By the time I write a scope for the sub and familiarize them with the site/customer I can finish the damn project myself.

Second. First time was a couple years ago on my wrist while moving a potted plant in the backyard.

At least that time I saw it and killed it. I didn't see this one but I knew right away. Same feeling. Same little red dot.

It's waiting somewhere in my bedroom, waiting to kiss me again tonight.

First off, cheap labor to build your tiki bar.

Second, ask her if she makes tamales. Once the bar is built, if her tamales are shit, THEN report them to ice.

Yeah bro if there is one place I would want to be if I were trying to avoid the Californian locusts and their cultural spread it’d be Colorado for sure.

Guy is a micromanager.
I get that. He can micromanage things at a larger scale. Looking at OT for people in the org at such small scale isn't his job. Managing OT at that scale is department manager's job. He can look at weekly reports and holler at people from there, but if he's doing it himself, he is wasting time.
