Couple of guys have been tearing up the park we walk the dog in. There’s a 4 wheeler in that we see a couple times per week. He’s done donuts all over the park.

Last night we saw a pickup truck doing donuts pretty close to the dog park.

Debating about how best to sabotage these fuckers.

My dad did that on our hunting property except he used metal fence posts instead and drove them down so they stuck out about 20" out of the ground. The police guy that drove in illegally wasn't happy, not much he could do though. We returned his oil to him in a box.

20 inches? Was it in 24 inch tall grass? How the fuck could someone miss that?

I'll tell ya what, there is one thing I regret about when we did that. I didn't put up a camera.

Get a call today, the lady was confirming my Monday appointment with my new oncologist. Then asked me if I have done my labs at Quest (company here that does lab work on contract).
I asked why , I've been going to this same place for 2 YEARS and EVERY TIME they have done my labs there before I saw the oncologist. I don't even know why I have to have labs but that is neither here nor there (I've been off chemo for over a year and a half). Then the woman wants to argue with me?
Thankfully I can get a lab appointment tomorrow but seriously what the fuck. It's like stupid is in the water here.

In today's world, won't you go to jail for that? Seems like a full pedestrian fence type thing with a locked gate would be the way to go, not exactly a quick fix though, especially if you'd need to get the city involved.

Ordered a corded Worx brand leaf blower from Amazon to clear the yard this weekend

Tried “used - like new” to save $20

They shipped me a battery powered black and decker

They're pulling this bullshit at my PCP's office now. Office manager wants to offload an extra 5 minutes of labor from her office to some other entity.

At least yours is calling you back. I've been trying to schedule my 1st colonoscopy for a year now. The way this year is going, I'm expecting them to find something, and 'if only we found this a year earlier it wouldn't be terminal' lol

It can be expensive to have an in office phlebotomist / lab setup and office visit reimbursement isn’t exactly keeping up with those costs year to year. Basically the only way to keep a lab in the black is to do it at massive scale like Labcorp

On my own property? I guess not.

But if you mean on public property like in the original rustle, I wasn't exactly suggesting he write his name on the stakes.

Even on your own property, you wouldn't want to put up anything that might be considered a trap.

Man, I'm not up to date on legal definitions of traps, but I'd be hard pressed to believe something that doesn't move could be considered one. Traps usually have triggers and a spring that causes other things to happen. Maybe you could say a punji stake pit covered by a tarp is still a trap. But here I just put something in the way that they couldn't easily move because when I put large rocks in the path they got out and moved them over.

I dunno, you don't have to convince me, you have to convince the jury full of karens that just saw graphic pictures of someone's kid impaled on rebar that you put up. 🤷‍♂️
I'm just saying that anything you put in the way to stop people from riding/driving better be super visible and an obvious barrier or it's a legal fucking waiting to happen.

And here I thought fences with "Posted" and "No Trespassing" signs covered that kinda thing. Fair enough. Next time it comes up, I'll immediately sue the people who ran into the rebar for illegally putting up a hidden trap on my property. First one to sue has the advantage, right?

CCC = Comprehensive Cancer Center , it's beside one of the jokes Vegas calls a hospital. They have a full lab there , they check chemo patients before they give them chemo. Hence why I don't even know Wtf I need labs for. It's still there , and will be there when I go Monday. For 2 YEARS they did my labs then I saw the doc. I already know my MRI is clear, I have the results I'm only going so they can order me a new MRI for 6 months from now. Since they never sent the lab order to my local Quest , I guess they will do it in house Monday (like they have been doing for 2 years ) or they will realize I don't need it.
