I COULD be wrong (someone on the internet wrong?!), but I always assumed the Impossible burgers were focused on being better for the environment than raising cattle, and they've never pretended to be more healthy. They have wayyy more salt than normal beef, and even more saturated fat with coconut / sunflower oil and other chems.
I think you're right. Its just about the non-meat thing. It's otherwise not really a health win.

Have your reservations and conspiracy theories, but don't justify them with concepts that defy physics:

A mass the size of a marble moving at significant velocity could level the entire island.

When they are moving to take off, a shit ton (I think this one was going 104mph by ATF data). But that's a shit ton less than when they are full throttle mid-air in flight. Investigations concluded that the planes that hit the twin towers were traveling between 494mph and 586mph.

Then I guess lucky for the island that the planes weren't traveling at a significant velocity, relative to your graph at least.

It was a landing, slowing down in rain with relatively little fuel, crash damage is a function of kinetic energy not momentum.

On 9/11 the huge fuel reserves burning heated up the beams enough to buckle under load.

Obviously true and repeatable. I mean, it happened at least 3 times!
