I had the wife drop me off and I picked up my truck and brought it home. They realized I was so fucking mad they didn't even charge me for the oil change.

Now before you guys dog pile me, I bet between 2022 and now I have not put more that 5K miles on the truck total. I don't tow, I don't go '4 wheeling'. I rarely drive.

Hey, I don't have problems with the big trucks themselves, just don't block everyone else's line of sight with the damn thing in the parking lots.

That's why I back into spots. The bed of the truck is kinda low and might not effectively block the view of the vehicle next to me. I also always try to park next to small cars to make my truck look bigger.

(Speaking to one one in this thread in particular, but to big truck drivers in general). Driving a big truck around when you don't actually need one is like playing loud rap music in public. In that situation you know you're pissing everyone off, and if we're being honest, thats a big part of why you do it. Its a gorilla-brain dominance play.

Of course when its costing you $4 trillion to fill up the tank my reaction is mostly "well, bless your heart".

It’s an ego/insecurity thing. They have low self esteem and think a monster truck makes people impressed. Exact same mentality as Harley owners.

YouTube for a few weeks now will hang with channel icon when trying to play ads while I'm landscape. If I flip vertical and back and will play ad as normal. Updated app restarted phone etc.

Also for months once in a while you will not a notification video and it plays something else random.

Well not me, drove work pickups for years and like trucks. Not a monster truck, just a truck. Needed 4WD for the pass into Vegas in the winter. But hey you do you.

Trucks are fine. I’m talking the 40 inch lift, tires, lights, etc. napoleon complex stuff.

nah nothing like that. I have a buddy in Vegas that posted a pic of having to spend $220 to fill up his work truck with diesel. He's got one of those jacked up things. Not for me. Too easy to flip.

I love these lifted ones with the car street tires. Completely useless. He got stuck on level ground in an ice storm. I haven't seen it since. Probably totaled it at some point.

yeah that throws the center of gravity way off. Seen the 1990 version of that clip a parking lot crub and roll on it's top one time. I always thought they looked dumb as fuck but that decided it for me. Was the weirdest thing , we're all standing around in a parking lot . A Cadillac pulls up , 3-4 guys get out and pick up one side of one of those little honda accord things and turn it on it's side. Get back in and haul ass. Then bubba get's in his hickmobile and tried to tear ass after them, clips said curb and flips.
