Well I felt like half a weirdo reading a 'scholastic' book when HP was big in the US. Got over that REAL Fast , the books were really good! Flash forward to me being one of the millions of people that pre-ordered the last book. The game does capture HP for the 1st little bit then it gets generic pretty quickly.

I liked the game for the main quest, I didn't do any of the obvious padding BS but it was because I didn't want to. Pretty much as soon as you leave the school grounds , it's 'generic fill quest 101' . But I didn't pay full price for it so I thought I got my $$ worth.

No joystick required for this space sim. Designed for mouse and keyboard in mind, 20 years later gamers are still chasing the dragon and haven't found something that checks all the boxes this game did..

A clever FPS from the team that would go on to make the Shadow of Mordor games, it's part James Bond, part Austin Powers and a lot of fun.

So I missed this thread. If you have not played Cyberpunk 2077 with the expansion, you are missing what gaming is all about. It came out buggy, but they managed to fix most all of the bugs and add in more content with overhauls to the systems that needed it. I would place this game as the best game to have come out on a computer so far. That being said, I am sad they are choosing to do nothing else with the universe. So much more potential....

The sequel has been in pre-production for years and was supposed to enter production by the end of 2024, but I haven't seen any actual confirmation from CDPR that it did.
Downside is that means it's still probably 4 years from release, and that's more than half a decade worth of CDPR hiring woke DEI degenerates to write the story and design the characters.
