I know it's trash but I still enjoy Easy Going Territory Defense.

I love these light fun shows, I can just relax and turn my brain off. I don't really watch any of the heavy/dramatic stuff anymore, I get that enough watching reality lol.

Same. I told my wife they are relaxing, like a light snack or easy smooth jazz or something.

Yeah that's why, while I enjoy stuff like Sentenced to be a Hero, it's fun to grab a snack, shut off my brain and watch a guy who hates fighting cook up amazing dishes to boost his party's stats.

There's def a place for all types of show from romance to dark fantasy to light hearted sim city show.

I just wish animation was better in some fitness light hearted shows.

Still loving Ikoku Nikki. Every episode has had more onion ninjas, but it has been a very rewarding watch.

It's a good show, but emotionally it only hit me really hard 2 weeks ago (when she breaks down at night)

Rest is a slow burn.

Dealing with some shitty changes in my life beyond my control currently, so it hits a little harder. I would still enjoy it otherwise, though. Definitely a big blast of nostalgia in Asa's story. And the whole slice of life vibe is my kind of mellow.

my wife slogged thru ohsi no ko and she said it's finally getting good
That first episode (while long) was a banger. But yeah, series is really climaxing now. It's nearly over. I've read that this should be the final season from manga readers.

oh god I just had an unwelcome epiphany about Frieren.

Methode's kooky but cute maternal behavior is probably rooted in some horrible trauma, because literally everyone in this show is the product of some horrible trauma.
