If some of the OG creators of WoW were still there, I’d love some servers that were dedicated to each expansion with an annual reset back to intro quest greens. The best parts of WoW are initial start and progression. Fucking AI could probably handle content unlocks at this point. Could be fun.

doubt it will be anytime soon, definitely has to be Classic+ though at this point

Surely they have enough data from SOD now to do it, but every iteration of classic has came out between september and october iirc at the earliest

Definitely wont be for at least another year. New expansion for live this fall as well as the current classic moving into TBC around then too.

For a release, sure. But I could definitely see a Classic+ announcement with no release date information around the time TBC Classic releases.

classic died after WOTLK, cataclysm + is just the WoW TLP server.

They tried to hide the failure a bit by releasing SOD and fresh start Classic2 at the same time they rolled to cata so that the hit to subs was obfuscated a bit but shit is dead.

Raiding, PVP and Reforging. It really was an amazing expansion.

I am still convinced they removed reforging to get people to play longer. Having an odd assortment of what doesnt seem to fit gear made perfect with stat changes was a fun game.

After I was done doing 34 dailies and multiple 5 man dungeons each day it became my favorite expansion.

Playing a Monk in MoP when everyone thought the class was bad due to retards, while it was actually cracked in half insane, was a blast.

We got server first Ra-den on our first pull because my Brewmaster couldn't even die to his enrages.
