They've only released two class redesign fantasies so we'll have to see what else they're changing before I decide the sky is falling

Big Dumb Guild uses a Blood DK in their Mythic split runs. They clear at least 8/10 in those.

Any tank is usable but Druids are just braindead easy to play and don't require anything other than "press this button if you get into trouble. You can even press it late because your cooldowns are so good"

Having a blood dk tank 8/10 is probably infinitely harder and riskier than monk/druid/pal

So...

Into the 8th month of the expansion and still no flying in Broken Isles. Is anyone going to give even the tiniest poofteenth of a fuck by the time it finally does arrive?

I don't think anyone went into Legion with "oh boy, I can't wait to fly!", more like "finally, we can fucking fly".

There are so many flight masters and the 5 min whistle - flying will be a small QOL update. I'm not farming the rep and even have unfinished Suramar chains.

That whistle is going to be hard to live without if it doesn't work next expac

I'll probably have flying by mid week next week. You only need revered and I've been banking all my resources + medallions to turn in with Darkmoon + Mage Tower rep bonus.

They claim it won't. Personally, I think Prot Warrior is OP compared to my Brewmaster. Once I get enough rage, and the proc that increases IP, I don't take much damage at all.

I'm in a similar boat. I've looked at the achievements and I'm not going to deliberately attempt to finish all of that shit at the moment. Unfinished quest chains, rep farming, not doing it this time I don't think.

A warrior will take way less damage, that's the way it should be. What happens is we can take way less damage up front and survive things that will surely kill a prot warr. There's a reason that I taunt 100% fel scythes from heroic guldan off our prot warrior and it's not to flex my dick.

But let's be honest, it definitely makes your dick move.

Good, motherfuckers are ridiculous. I refused to play one as they are just gay gay gay thematically. Finally made a gnome one for the sake of escorting my wife some at low lvs since rogue starts suckey (and she's not really a gamer).....

With no heirlooms god damn ridiculous. Murloc lake by Goldshire a person first introduction with mass spawning/patrolling agroing murlocs? I'm taking 8 at a time no probs with again No heirloom.....

Start tanking when we hit 15 for ques, (love it 30 in like 4 hours most of which was getting to 15), unlock just a few more abilities and I already have a ranged any target sap and a self heal to cover when the priest is sucking.....

EDIT: Some bitterness also comes from comparing to my prot tank of old (WOTLK and earlier)

Also, thought it's on sale till 4th, race change is mother fucking $18? Noppppeeee. (Regretting doing worgen for giggles on warrior, didn't think the walk would get so annoying and just generally look like doofuses unlike some of the other big races)

Get the fuck over it , I fully realize that's not the whole picture. Most classes fucking suck below that though. And it ties in with Blizzard nerf bat and a bunch of other posters here cumming to their abilities to just be ez mode to heal with stagger and brews. So yeah, first impression when its doing what other classes need to be heirloomed out to do, seems impressive. The damage of course isn't going to translate into anything crazy raid level, but marveling at the actual tank abilities that scale on %, I sure as hell see why it'd be popular.

I used to be a poop socking progression raider, so I have some loose idea of when things are omg fucking amazing I'd have killed for back in the day. I realize with this much time gone I'm sure I'd actually suck or something on current content because things have gotten even more technical mixed with I'm old in gamer years.

maybe thats what we are doing wrong, blizzard buffs/nerfs depending on how many murlocs they can kill in goldshire at once.

should totally base everything on 1-30 gameplay and WoTLK prot warrior experience =/

See above response covers it. I didnt mean to imply off lowby shit would be reason to nerf it, but you sure as shit see how stagger works which is crazy, and directly ties into what you Wakandans and blizzard post are saying.

You dont see me saying buff sub 60 holy pallies or sub 15 rogues........ just saying I can see some of the amazeballs that folk have gone on and on about. Sorry some of you salty blizzards coming for you.
