You're right man, I apologize. My friends are bombarding me with the same complaints and its just perplexing to me that their (and yours) experience do not match my own. I've had a wholly great experience pugging, but I do recognize that there are many who have not.
I'm hoping they just come up with a way to ditch server divisions altogether. They'd lose out on that $25 transfer fee, but it would be nice to get these cross realm crews incorporated under 1 umbrella. I'd even settle for some hackey "not really a guild - but can share items, a 'not-a-guild bank', have a common chat channel, calendar and achievements," type of set up.
I'm fucking tired of not being able to group with the opposite faction. Rabble rabble rabble.
You do have a gated access in WoD. No silver level, no access. It's not that hard and it's quick, but it is a gated access.
It's even more funny when going after Socrethar during garrison campaign the way the horde and alliance paladin shower their counterpart with praise. Mostly the alliance guy, I think he wants a date with Liadrin.
The last what three expansions or four expansions have had horde and alliance basically teaming up to take down the enemy. We get quests even from horde NPC in a lot of areas and visa versa the faction separation makes less than no sense anymore.
That was true but at the end of pandaria when jaina wanted the alliance to finish off the horde after the siege of ogrimar Varian refused. He does not particularly trust the horde but was willing to let them live in peace if they will let the alliance live in peace.
I know, right! I see friends returning to the game weekly now and its like a damn popularity contest since their horde/alliance friends have to argue which faction they pick.
