Thats the problem, but also the gaming industry kinda sets it self up for a fail like this. Short deadlines, long hours, no vacations, crunch time, more hours all followed again by next cycle.

I know this because my business is kinda like this in auto engineering. except our breaks between programs is usually longer. So we have time to recoup. also we have way less females that work, lol.

I'm not sure why there are so many people steadfast in their belief this is all an SJW smoke and mirrors ploy.

Have you never been to a company holiday party? Alcohol is a hell of a drug and makes people do some real stupid shit, blatantly, out in the open.

I've seen my fair share of co-workers sacked as a result of these kinds of things. And marriages torched.

Not to mention many companies, and I would imagine all large, public facing companies have strict policies about inter-office romance. Many of which prohibit relationships between superiors and subordinates... for exactly this reason. To cover their asses and mitigate liability.

Blizzard done goofed.

This whole thing is frustrating because it's like an ad hominom attack. I wanted to see WoW fail because the game was bad. I wanted to see Blizzard broken because of stupid game decisions (WC3 reforged). Fixing those issues would make a better game and more fun for gamers. I didn't want to see it die because the SJW took out the old guard and the new guard was quick to blame their former supervisors. Now Blizzard will die and never make good games again--learning nothing from their dumb design decisions.

I didn't come here till late 2003 and never had any interactions with him personally. I keep hearing what a great guy he was though.

I am sure there was some sort of "harassment" going on, and I use quotes because that "harassment" could of (and probably was) of a totally benign nature and taken as a crime against humanity. I am also sure this is pure SJW bullshit because what else the lawsuit is going on about (lack of equal pay / lack of diversity in leadership, etc.).
