WTF, crapple native and I'm still scrabbling around with proton?

I never played beyond original so the last several pages lore stuff sounds like "But blorgin glorplop zone is borfin the jarbles!" Did they really name a boss Yogg Sharon? 🤣

They are probably ashamed of what they had written and want to start over.

Yes, most of the Old Gods have names taken almost straight out of the Lovecraft Mythos.

C'thun = C'thulu
Yogg-Saron = Yog-Sothoth
N'Zoth = Zoth-Ommog

Ny'alotha where the Old Gods exist outside of the physical plane is inspired by R'lyeh the sleeping city, and the name Nyarlathotep (another cosmic horror in the C'thulu mythos)

Even Azeroth itself (the worldsoul) is based on / inspired by Azathoth that is an eldritch entity asleep at the center of existence (in-game, in the Worldcore).

Good ol' Blizzard.

Engravings coming to items in Forever. Haven't heard of them before - maybe an expansion I never played - but they look like permanent enchants that can be used in addition to actual Enchanting.
