Iron Forge is the best, technically. But, Horde has superior flight paths and hubs for end game.

Horde has by far the best access to leveling dungeons hands down, not a debate, case closed.

Problem is, dungeons are completely ass to run after the first quest run.

Didn't they put the best city they ever made, Dalaran, into the game? If so, which faction has the second best city hardly maters (since it's Ironforge).

Any of the Horde cities are better than all of the Alliance cities. The art team just copy pastad LOTR for the Alliance. They had to make original stuff for the Horde.

Dalaran is rightful Alliance clay (Horde can only do the dungeon)
