Names must be unique REGION wide. Creating a character name on PvE also prevents it form being used in PvP and RP.

They keeping 2-hand enhance instead of that labotomized DW fantasy they ruined the class with? I was a zugzug enhance shaman rolling the wind fury roulette wheel in classic and hated the change of direction. Not playing Shaman at release this time but I'm willing to forgive all poor decisions for the class so long as I can wield and unstoppable force and pulverize alliance turds when the stars align
