am starting to crawl for solo questing priest L18 but managed to find a way out joining higher quest level and offer to heal. People just sweep me off the street so thats great.

Not sure if its just me but while duo questing and killing mobs does see visible move in exp bar.

These no-server servers are weird. Logged in initially just to check things out around 6pm pacific and the starting area was packed. Logged in again at 8pm and played for 2 hours. Saw about 5 players total. Only 5! Weird, but I can’t complain. There were plenty of wolves and boars to kill. Felt oddly lonely though
They need to tune the layering, but it's been OK for me. I'd think they need to turn it down in the capitals and towns, so the cities look massively populated, since there's no resource/spawn contention concerns there. Then turn it to layer more aggressively in open zones so you aren't circling a specific field in Westfall with 15-20 of your closest friends beating up harvest watchers.... I'm sure there's a balance, and they'll hopefully find it.

Theres a hunter on twitch already lvl 35...
Pretty sure I saw a Lvl 58 horde today...

Made a Skyborn Hunter, and got it to lvl10. While doing the pet quests I notice each of them had an Ability, like the galestrider had a Blind and the fox had a 30% atk side buff.

Yet, when I tamed the same galestrider it didn't have that ability. Was i meant to use the quest pet during its 15m timer so that I somehow learned it's ability?

Leveling as protection warrior it does feel really good. Especially once you get level 20. You do have to stance dance a lot but it is fine. You do good damage and generate a lot of rage really quickly.

I also an running alchemy so I have tons of buffs on all the time and it really smooths out the pain of low level warrior.

I believe some abilities can only be learned by taming specific creatures. After they've been tamed, you can teach the ability to other pets.

If by specific you mean the named version of those mob types, it would be great if sites like Petopia said so, but they separate the named mobs as just being different and not required to learn that mob types ability.

Pets are not normalized on forever. I'm currently using Rake and he has his classic 1.2 attack speed.

I legitimately wouldn't be surprised if they normalize pets down the line. The crying from the pvp fags is always way too loud and for some dumb fuck reason Bliz listens to streamers and pvp players.

They are certainly retarded. But they have admitted that they know it was death by a thousand cuts in terms of game design rather than any one thing. It would be a shame if they did exactly the same thing again.

The "Boosting" lobby is going on full blast right now flooding Reddit and Bliz forums with thousands of posts about how much they feel bad that dungeon xp is low.

PUGs are worse than retail. Either people are not used to classic dungeoneering (CC, mana a scarce ressource, mobs hit hard etc.) or people play their first MMO "I always wanted to try WOW, what does this button do?"). Most fail to find the dungeon entrance because they just queue from fckwhereever.

My oldest was born in 01. I was there launch day and she was sitting right behind me. Eventually, I let her roll up pink haired gnome something or other and I just took her out of all the chat channels and let her run around the noob zones while I was playing.

She's been subbed to retail since the minute she got her own job to pay for it. And when I came home the day after launch, she had bags in my mailbox waiting for me.

It's the WoW equivalent of raising your kids right so they take care of you in old age.
