Nah. I drink herbal tea throughout the day. I have a cold tea infuser pitcher thing that I make the night before, makes a gallon of tea at a time. No sugar, no caffeine, just fruity, tasty goodness. Nice and cold and thirst quenching. In the winter I have a 64 ounce (almost 2 litre) thermos in which I make tea, and it's awesome all day long. I love, love, love coffee, but eliminated all caffeine from my diet because of insomnia issues. Decaf coffee just isn't the same.d
