Try meditation, for 10 minutes, 10 minutes before you lay in bed. I wouldn't do it while laying in bed though. Also, try jogging, 10 minutes, about 5 hours before you go to bed. Not sure how noisy your area gets (intermittent cars / motorcycles, etc.?), but you can also try earplugs. It...
