As mentioned in the HDTV thread Microcenter has the 48" CX refurb for 1k, their 3 year warranty will cover pretty much everything. I have one reserved for pickup, and I think im going to end up getting it. LG OLED48CXAUB 48" Class (48.2" Diag.) 4k Ultra HD HDR10 Smart OLED TV w/ ThinQ AI and...

I used to install for Dish Network. If the installer installed it correctly they used "pitch patch" its a square piece of sealant that they put the lag bolts into and it help seals it in the roof. I recommend you just take the dish off the mount and leave the foot on the roof. That's the safest...

Damnit, I want one. Are you concerned at all about burn in? It seems like Best Buy is the only ones I saw that have the warranty to cover burn in, but its $314 dollars for it. Which would be worth it if it did actually get some burn in I would think.

How long have you had the cx48? Is it as amazing as I imagine it to be? Any complaints?

Keep us posted on your experience with it! I have really been considering getting one. From what I see people are setting a black wallpaper, hiding icons and auto hiding the task bar.

I heard no BestBuys in Michigan got any 3080s. Micro Center had 20 they said with a long line.

That 3090 looked huge! I don't know if I can justify the extra 800 dollars for one considering how good the 3080 is supposed to be already. Who knows though, im also the type of person to spend double the price to go from a 65" tv to a 75" :honkler:

Yeah I am thinking of wall mounting it with as slim as a mount I can find, I see people who are using it as a PC monitor are loving it. If I did get one I would get it through Costco or Sams I think so I could return it without any issues if I ended up not liking it.

I found an open box B550 Aorus master for $223 at microcenter, I have it reserved and im about 99% set on it after the things i've seen about it. The main downsides are no internal usb c connections, and if you run more than 1 m.2 drive in the dedicated slots it will kick you down to 8x lanes...

Yeah that was kind of holding me back from intel was their boards are behind compared to AMD right now. I never plan to SLI cards, but I dont see PCIE gen4 being needed for a long time? I dont think gen 3 is going to be limiting the new gen cards coming out like 30xx series at all will it? The...

So I am planning on building a pc soon within 1-2 months I think. I was initially set on a x570 board and a 3900X, with the best 3600 RAM I could find I might get a 30xx nvida card when they drop to replace my 1080. I am now also considering the 10900, and maybe the 10900K if I can find one in...

I was looking into Laps. We should be getting this soon as well Access Rights Manager (ARM) | SolarWinds , it looks like it will handle the auditing.
