As for why twincest is a big deal is basically 2 part.
1) none of those kids were legit heirs to the throne

Or, you know, she could whisper in her sister's ear so that there's no chance of miscommunication while still keeping any prying eyes and ears from hearing it. Don't even have to let the audience hear the words, just see some indication (like was given on the LF side when we saw him in the shadows).
I've begun to feel like the whole Arya/Sansa thing is a trap for LF but it's not clear when it started or to what extent both are in on it. If it's been going on all long, then it's just typical broadcast TV level audience misdirection, which is kind of meh.
Edit: As to Syrio, no it doesn't mean he was a Faceless Man. Yes, she received some training from him, but I think time-wise and skill-wise she probably learned a lot more from her fighting with the Waif.

Had it not been that the people doing it were dragon riders who conquered everyone, I doubt they would have tolerated it. But the king can do what he wants. The reason it has a tiny shred of plausibility is because she was water dancing, and the only person who ever taught her that was Syrio. It's just shitty writing for her to have been water dancing at all, and even shittier writing for her have been able to beat Brienne in a sparring match while water dancing even if Brienne was going easy on her, considering how brief and long ago her training with Syrio was.
Uh, no. Anything closer than first cousins is considered incest in Westeros.

I saw it, I heard it. I didn't care. None of the crap we watched for 6 years matters much anymore as far as the show is concerned. It's going to be shitty death scenes that is completely out of character, incest sex and dragon porn for the next 7 episodes. We won't find out who runs the multiple kingdoms, we won't see proper ending of story arcs they spent 6 years building. I didn't say it was exclusive to Syrio, just that he was the only person she ever learned it from and that was only for a couple months several years in the past. Hell back in Season 4 the Hound even drove home the point of how disadvantaged water dancing was against a Westerosi knight and the only reason Jorah lost to that water dancer in Meereen is because he was fighting like a shmuck. Or else he was stuck using much lighter armor than he was used to or something.
