I had never heard of Hungry Howies until a couple months ago when I moved here. Is their pizza pretty good?

We've not tried them for pizza (we're really happy with the local place over here, Papa Vito's) but their sandwiches are done with SOME of their pizza crust flavorings, and they're pretty damn good.

they are my favorite aside from Jet's. you in Florida or Michigan? there are Howie's elsewhere, but they are ALL OVER in Michigan and Florida.
i recommend their square deep dish. it is one of the only "Detroit style" pizzas you can get nationwide. super tasty. my preferred crust flavoring is to combine the garlic herb and the butter cheese, but that's definitely a personal preference thing. the superiority of the deep dish, however, is fact.

many of the Hungry Howie's in Florida have buffets, or they did 15-20 years ago when i was there last. i've been a fast food addict all my life, i guess... parents were taking me to Busch Gardens and Universal Stuidos and whatnot, and my favorite part of the whole trip was the fucking Howie's buffet lol.

I come depressed to report the death of my staple Taco Bell item the Beefy 5 layer. From like $1.19 a mere 2-3 years ago, I suffered the raise to like 1.79 in the last year. This week I found it's up to 2.20 or 2.29 or some shit. Mother fuckers.
Sadly mainly doing just boring old bean burritoes now dipped in Cholula hotsauce. Looking for a new main item, but I doubt I can find anything that was basically just a slurry/curry of sour cream beans and fake nacho cheese. Most others too expensive or mixed in with crunchy chips that my autism doesn't like. Spicy tater taco hasn't been too awful, and in small doses I like the Chipotle chicken grillers.
But making it hard to be a jew anymore there.

Ah. Well I have a second suggestion then
. My girlfriend has similar Taco Bell taste to you, and we figured out the cheapest way to fix it is to get the 99 cent Frito burritos minus Fritos add beans. My Taco Bell I believe it is 30 cents for beans.Don't think there's any sour cream in there tho, and sour cream is probably more expensive to add than beans. Hm.

I'm not sure I've ever actually had a "regular" taco Bell item. They do so many and so frequent specials that I always end up getting whatever the current one is. I guess Doritos locos tacos might be the only staple I ever get, but that's always in addition to whatever the special is.

I swear I might have to just get a par time job their for a few hours on weekends for employee make your own concoction stuff for free/cheap despite my many multitudes higher paying normal job. I swear some days I miss high school jobs an incy bitsy bit.

Taco Bell has released the Stacker
it's just beef, nacho cheese, and shredded cheese folded up into that thing^
it's only $1, so worth it in that regard. two of 'em just filled me up pretty well.
also available in a $5 box with a regular taco, a doritos locos taco, nachos, and a drink. the box is a rip off compared to their normal $5 boxes.
